Nelson Yrizarry is pretty decent at his LEGO crafting. This Chinese Lion, typically found at Chinese New Year celebrations worldwide, is constructed from an assload of LEGOs and features intricate details. Maybe if we team Nelson up with that dude who built his own submarine, they’ll make one out of LEGOs that works. I wonder if it’s ever been attempted before…
Happy Fourth of July, my fair readers. We will be taking today (and the weekend) to relax in sand at the beach whilst we remember America and support for our troops. In case you’ve missed it, we’ve been sneaking in beach-themed and party-themed items all week. Below is a round up of stuff you’ll find either useful or interesting for this weekend. We’ve seen both artsy Darth Vader and seasonal Darth Vader, but never such an affordable mix of the two. If we had known this 7″ statue was available back during the holiday, we would have picked up one for sure, and might even pick one up for next December.
