Star Wars Sushi Carvings are Made of Delicious Win

This is perhaps the coolest (and most delicious) display of Star Wars fan-dom that we’ve ever seen.

A Japanese sushi chef named Okitsugu Kado has developed a unique plating style that keeps all of his customers coming back for more. He carves vegetables such as white radishes, kyo-potatoes, radishes, carrots and pumpkins into characters from Star Wars.

All of his creations are pretty incredible, but some of them really highlight this man’s skill with a knife. For example, a podracer that looks like it’s made out of three potatoes, or an orange Darth Vadar that may have once been a carrot.

I’m not a fan of vegetables, but for these I’d definitely make an exception.
