Star Wars Sushi Carvings are Made of Delicious Win

star wars vegetables Star Wars Sushi Carvings are Made of Delicious WinThis is perhaps the coolest (and most delicious) display of Star Wars fan-dom that we’ve ever seen.

A Japanese sushi chef named Okitsugu Kado has developed a unique plating style that keeps all of his customers coming back for more. He carves vegetables such as white radishes, kyo-potatoes, radishes, carrots and pumpkins into characters from Star Wars.

All of his creations are pretty incredible, but some of them really highlight this man’s skill with a knife. For example, a podracer that looks like it’s made out of three potatoes, or an orange Darth Vadar that may have once been a carrot.

I’m not a fan of vegetables, but for these I’d definitely make an exception.
