If you have a phone or tablet that uses the Android platform, you might be interested to know that Tetris was just released in the Android store. The good news? It’s completely free.
The Android version of Tetris brings back a lot of nostalgic features, including the oh-so-famous theme music. Also included in this version of Tetris is “Marathon Mode”, which is the most popular (and most familiar) mode for many people.
You can use the touch screen to activate controls within the game, which is a relief (no more buttons!). Also, if you’re feeling competitive, you can also store your scores so that you can compare how you stack up against friends online.
I’m still waiting for “Android Pong”.
