Mosley Tribes Resort/Spring ’09 Shades

Here in New York, it’s currently fashion week. What is it? It’s essentially a week where everyone goes batshit for new looks and afterparties. If only Mosley Tribes’ Spring 2009 lineup of sunglasses were available, I’d be able to get laid with Kirsten Dunst or an equally trashy blonde. That’s right. Slap on a pair of the Wayfarer-style glasses and ...

It was built using the LEGO NTX platform (plus a PDA for trigonometric functions) using a slew of light and touch sensors, allowing the sundial to perform like any ...

Deutsch’s masterpiece is 1:1 scale and was built with “a custom aluminum chassis, fiberglass body, and an electric drive system that hits lightspeed at 25 mph.” It is driveable, but there’s no word on whether or not this landspeeder is street legal. Even if it’s only able to ...

My Head Hurts, Turn Off The Light

This table lamp designed by Alexander Lervik might look like just an ordinary lamp modeled after the human brain, but it’s so much more to Mr. Lervik. It’s called MYBrain and interestingly enough, it is Alexander Lervik’s brain. OK, it’s not his actual brain but it’s as close as it ever will be while propped on a stand, having light ...
