How To MacGyver Your Way To A Charged Cell Phone

Uh oh, it’s finally happened. The electric company finally came and removed your life force. With no electricity, the cellphone that has become embedded in your hand is pretty much useless. Unless, of course, you whip out some MacGyver shit and show Benjamin Franklin who’s boss.

Instructable user The King Of Random used a piece of wood, some yarn, a mixing beater, a salad fork, a piece of aluminum foil and some scotch tape to create his own electricity. All ingredients that you’re sure to have in your own home. With a few cuts of your phone’s charger, a little splicing here, some slicing there, you’ll be charging your phone in no time.
