Don’t worry we are here to help. If you have already made up your mind to buy one, we will tell you the things that you should consider before buying a laptop.

1. The size and weight of the laptop

If you want to carry your laptop a lot and portability is your first priority, then you should look for the one with less weight and the screen size. There are a lot of ultrabooks present in the market to choose from. Also, the screen size should be 12.5 to 13.3 inches.

2. Keyboard quality

If you want your laptop for the writing purpose then your first priority should be the keyboard. Get the keyboard that has wide buttons and the keys are easy to navigate. Sometimes, because of the presence of the number pad, it gets hard for the person top even navigate the arrow keys. So get a laptop with the wider keyboard.

3. CPU of the laptop

The CPU is the heart of the laptop as it handles out the performance in a laptop. Intel’s i3, i5, and i7 laptops are the processors that you should look for. The i3 core processor would be installed in the starter pack of the laptop. i5 core processor is found to be in most of the laptops and i7 is the processor that is chosen if you want the maximum performance from your laptop. The i7 processor generates a lot of the heat from the base of the laptop. While buying makes sure that you don’t have to use the laptop on your lap or else you would end up burning your laps.

4. RAM

The random access memory known as the RAM is used for the multitasking purposes. A RAM is used to switch quickly between the tabs and comes in handier while editing the photographs. For the starter pack in the laptops, 4 GB of the RAM is very popular. Although you can choose more.

5. Additive features

First of all, make a list of the things that you want to do with your laptop. Like if you want a DVD and CD ROM in your laptop, then choose the one with that features. What happens is that modern laptops have started to skip the features like the display port, DVD drives, etc. so if you are buying one, make sure that it completes your purpose of buying.

6. Warranty

As it is a machine and can encounter any problems, make sure you ask for the warranty and pre-ask about the service stations as it might happen that there is no service station of the brand that you are buying, near you.
