Masturbation Could Help Alleviate “Restless Leg Syndrome.” Seriously.

“Restless Leg Syndrome.” It’s that thing you do or you see somebody else doing where they can’t stop moving one of their limbs, usually their leg (thus the name). I am a “sufferer,” as I’m sure many of you are, and I was, utterly shocked and ever-so-slightly appalled that this was labeled as a “syndrome.” It makes it sound much more severe than it actually is.

Then again, some studies have suggested that RLS may be caused by the same thing that brings about some of the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, so… crap. Anyways, if you find yourself at the mercy of being unable to stop your leg, do not fear! There is a solution and it comes in the form of furious masturbation.

I am not joking.

Studies have shown that the release of dopamine can settle your leg down. It just so happened that one of the largest administrations of dopamine to the body comes in the form of everybody’s best friend, the orgasm. Of course this is only a temporary solution, but an orgasm before bed could help you sleep better, and an orgasm before a big business meeting could have you sitting still much easier.
