Once upon a time, drone racing was something you only read about in sci-fi novels or watched in the Star Wars films. These days, drone racing is now a thing. Like an actual thing.
A group of people in the French Alps have created Airgony, which is described as a Quadcopter Racing Fanatic Association. So basically, it’s the beginning of an actual organized drone racing sport.
The group races through the woods, dodging trees, plants and very pissed off bears. This is as close to pod racing as we’re going to get for now. But hey, I’ll take it.
