Captain’s Log: We’ve found some awesome home theater from a galaxy unknown

Will the real William Shatner please stand up? This Star Trek-themed home theater looks like it’s straight out of the Enterprise. Not only does it look like the real thing, but a few of the props ARE the real thing. Including two original consoles, backlit graphic panels from Star Trek, a computer display panel from the Operation Center from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and wall panels from Star Trek: The Next Generation, all from Christie’s auction house.

This theater made for a intergalactic pioneer contains a Creston 1700 touch screen remote control, a Dell Media Center PC with 5 LCD screens, a Runco DTV-933 projector with intense Tripler HDTV, Playstation 3, a Stewart 100-inch Micropref Curved Screen, and Triad Bronze in-wall speakers. Wow.
