For this, you need the following items:

  • 150 g of Oreo biscuits
  • One tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3-4 chocolate cubes
  • One tablespoon oil for greasing
  • Gems and candies for decoration
  • Toothpick
  • Knife

           Directions for preparation:

  • First, separate the cream from the biscuits
  • Next, grind the biscuits to form a powder
  • Add the baking powder to this powder
  • Now add the milk gradually to this mixture and beat until the texture of the batter has no lumps in it
  • In a separate bowl take the scooped out oreo cream and the chocolate cubes and melt them
  • Refrigerate the molten chocolate 
  • Grease a pan with oil and pour the batter into it
  • Cover the pan with a lid and bake in medium flame for 8-10 mins
  • Check after time is up, with a toothpick to see if the baking is complete
  • Wait till completely cool and then turn it out on a plate
  • Cut it in a square shape around the edges
  • Now take out the refrigerated chocolate mix and spread a bit of it even on top of the cake
  • Cut the cake in half
  • Put one half on top of another and make sure to sandwich the layer with the chocolate mix
  • Decorate the top with some more chocolate mix and some gems or candies

Sponge Cake

To make this cake, you will need the following:

  • Four eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • One tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ the tablespoon salt
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • One tablespoon oil for greasing
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Toothpick

            Directions to make:

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl    
  • Add powdered sugar into the bowl and mix well
  • Next add flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture
  • Mix until no lumps are left 
  • Now add the molten butter followed by vanilla extract 
  • Mix well to get a lump-free and smooth consistency in the texture
  • Grease a cake container with oil and pour the batter
  • Preheat the oven for 5 mins and then bake for 10-15 mins at 180-degree Celcius

Cinnamon Rolls

For this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • Four tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3/4th cup of milk
  • One tablespoon of fresh yeast
  • One tablespoon of sugar
  • One tablespoon brown sugar
  • One tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • Two tablespoon raisin
  • One teaspoon icing sugar

             Directions for preparation:

  • First, add milk (at body temperature) to sugar
  • Now add the yeast to this mixture
  • Mix it well, cover it, and leave it to rise
  • Now take a bowl and add the flour and salt
  • To this add the yeast mix which has risen by now
  • Knead the mixture into a dough
  • Add melted butter to the dough and knead some more
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for 15-20 minutes
  • Roll the dough on a buttered surface that has been sprinkled with cinnamon powder and brown sugar.
  • Sprinkle some more cinnamon, brown sugar and butter on top of the rolled out dough
  • Add some raisins
  • Roll it up
  • Now it cut the roll evenly into smaller pieces
  • Put them on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 140-degree celsius for 20 mins
  • Sprinkle some icing sugar on top once the baking is complete
