How easy would have cheating been if we had all of the amenities that kids have these days? Forget about how easy it is just to text or call your classmates using your cellphone. Kids don’t even have to risk that much.

The Walkie Talkie Pens allows users to communicate like a spy, right through their pens. The design isn’t the most inconspicuous design of all time, but if you have an oblivious teacher, I don’t see there being a problem. (Note: If you’re like me, you originally read the product name as “Walkie Talkie Penis.” I so caught you.)

Half iPod case, half notepad and all business sums up this $27 dollar iPod Nano 3G peripheral from Scripta. Whenever I’m in a Vic Mackey kind of mood, I know this case will come in handy. It helps me keep tabs on my informants and trust me, I have a lot of them*.

Whether it’s keeping track of incriminating evidence that will lead to some poor schmucks’ citizens arrest or compiling a grocery list of all the munchies I need to stock up on, this case suits me well. Yes, that’s right — this iPod case is great for stoners as well as sleuths.

When it comes to the ladies, 9-year-old Alec Greven is an expert. This kid gets more ass than a toilet seat and even wrote a book on meeting wome-er, girls. What began as a $3 pamphlet sold at his school book fair has turned in to a published dating primer called “How to Talk to Girls” which hit the shelves nationwide last week.

The fourth-grader from Castle Rock, Colo., advises Lothario wannabes to stop showing off, go easy on the compliments to avoid looking desperate – and be wary of “pretty girls.” “It is easy to spot pretty girls because they have big earrings, fancy dresses and all the jewelry,” he writes in Chapter Three. “Pretty girls are like cars that need a lot of oil.” He advises, “The best choice for most boys is a regular girl. Remember, some pretty girls are cold hearted when it comes to boys. Don’t let them get to you.”

The irony about it is this kid doesn’t date girls. He claims its for older people — the 15 or 16 year old kids who steal his lunch food everyday. Not a problem considering that come high school, little Alec will be stealing all of their girlfriends. Parents, lock up your daughters.

This pen is just a hunk of metal alloy molded to look like a pen. Why is this significant? Because it does exactly what a real ink pen does: writes on paper. It doesn’t leave the same type of mark that an ink pen does, this pen’s marks cannot be erased or smudged! At only $30, it’s a bargain, and  the maker rates it at longer than a 25 year life span.
