µTorrent Beta For Macs Is Available (With Some Kinks)

It seems like Mac users are always getting the shaft when it comes to specific software and games that are released for the PC. It’s a bummer, considering how excellent Macs are. Here at Gearfuse, we’re big about two things: Apple and going Platinum. Oh, torrenting too.

As thanks for Thanksgiving day, µTorrent has released its BitTorrent client for Mac users. The Mac version only runs on Leopard/Intel Macs at the moment and may still contain serious bugs. It’s still in its beta phase, after all. Do you know what this means? Free copies of Chinese Democracy for Macs and PCs, alike!

Quite Simply, Windows 7 Has Leaked

Don’t act surprised. It was only a matter of time before Microsoft’s next OS hit the torrent sites, considering Microsoft was handing out copies of Windows 7 to PDC (Professional Developers Conference) attendees. Fallout 3 Xbox 360 Version Leaked

Filed under: Gaming, Hacks, Internet, Software

Just a few days after going gold, Fallout 3 has leaked on to the Internet. While it may seem to be one of the worst console piracy cases of the year, so far it has yet to reach the controversial level that Spore has had and Bethesda has yet to make an official statement regarding the leak.

So far, only the Xbox 360 version has been leaked. Meaning, you’ll have to heavily mod your console after downloading the 6.52 GB file. While the game ships on the 28th of October, many pirates can’t wait that long. And why should they? We’ve all been waiting ten years for this game, it’s about time it got in to the hands of the public. I can’t wait to play it.
