Tekken Fanboy or Unhappy Car Owner?

Is the owner of this car a fan of Tekken? I can’t tell. I can’t even make out the car with all of the Tekken crap pasted all over the place. This is a car, right? If the car owner isn’t a Tekken fan, I feel bad for them once they see what the vandals did to their ride. Link
