While it took several months to obtain the rarer minifigs he needed to create the LEGO Star Wars Space Invaders plaque that now hangs on his wall, Chris McVeigh aka Powerpig finally finished his awesome mash-up creation. Apparently the Space Invaders military is limited to only the solid colored aliens. So racist, I know. But there is a whole slew of Invaders we had yet to have seen up until now. They come in all shapes and sizes, though they seem to have not advanced to the point at which segregation is a non-issue. All the technology in the universe can’t even cure bigotry.
