Skeleton Serving Set

Want to creep everyone out this Thanksgiving? Order a set of these fine skeleton hand serving forks for only $50. They probably do a fantastic job at tossing salad and serving turkey with those long, boney fingers. I’m sure your relatives will be pleased with your antics when granny keels over in horror at the dinner table.

Watchmen Closeups

Despite the ongoing legal battle between 20th Century FOX and Warner Bros. over Watchmen rights, Warner is still flinging press material left and right. Found in some Brazillian publication called SET, there’s four new close-ups of characters from the movie. Rorschach, Dr. Manhattan, The Comedian and the chick who’s fucking Night Owl (sorry, I just finished reading it and already forget half the book) all make an appearance that really gets me hyped for the 2009 release of the movie.

Aliens Chess Set

I fucking love Aliens. From the hotness of Sigourney Weaver to the antics of Bill Paxton, the movie will always hold a special place in my heart, save for the shitty video games. Finally, after years of cranking out the aforementioned shitty video games, Aliens comes to your tabletop with this special chess set. You’ll receive this intricate board, face huggers as pawns, the Alien Queen, Ripley in the cargo loader and such.

I have no idea where you can buy it or how much it costs (or if some fanboy made it) but it’s quite the work of art, isn’t it?

Taj Mahal LEGO Set Largest Ever Created

If you’re an avid LEGO fan, you’re probably aware that the largest LEGO set you can buy in stores nowadays is the 5195 piece Millennium Falcon. For awhile, it was the cream of the crop. But next month, things are going to change. LEGO is introducing the Taj Mahal in all its glory. A whopping 5922 pieces, you’ll be building this one for months to complete the 20″ x 16″ structure.

At $300, it’s actually an affordable project for the amount of work you’ll end up doing. If you’re broke or too cheap, you could always painfully recreate it in Bricksmith. I wonder if it comes with enough LEGO workers to staff the place…

Biodegradable Cutlery Pen Caps

Here’s a great concept that would do wonders for those working in an office. This pen cap utensil set includes a plastic knife, fork and spoon, all of which are biodegradable. It’s called Din-Ink and was designed to “respect the environment.” Perfect for that old salad sitting in the office mini-fridge. Just grab two pens, slap on the knife and fork attachments and you’re ready to chow down. Hey, it beats using your fingers.

A Handbag Steve McQueen Would Adore

Men can’t have a purse. It’s a set-in-stone rule that has been passed down to us for many generations. But with today’s technology and the demand for our iPhones, digital cameras and Blackberries has reached an all-time high. We simply can’t leave the house with keys and a wallet anymore and our pockets can’t hold everything. What’s a homeboy to do?

Easy. Grab a Koffski Set. It’s a wallet and bag that can connect to a shoulder strap that resembles an old-school shoulder holster that detectives wore throughout the 20th century. Pretend you’re Lieutenant Frank Bullitt with a vendetta and nothing left to lose…except your gadgets.

Forgot The Dice For Your Campaign? iPhone Is The Solution

Dice can be some cumbersome equipment to carry around for board games. That’s alright though, because as long as you have your iPhone on you, you’ll have a set of some topnotch dice that’ll have any D&D enthusiast drooling at your feet. It’s only 99 cents from the Apple store, after which you’ll be rolling away with your D20 Gaming Dice Set. More practical than iBeer, with a prettier interface than that chick holding the D20 die.

Remember, it’s compatible with most die-based games, so you’re not limited to playing Dungeons and Dragons exclusively but c’mon, that’s what this app was made for. It’s got four, six, eight, ten, twelve, twenty and hundred sided dice a shitload of dice that’ll also let you roll between one and nine dice at a time.

Why So Serious With That Poker Face?

If you’ve been living under a rock for the past week then you probably missed out on the news about The Dark Knight being an amazing film and achieving the critical success that was expected of it. So, of course they’re going to release every known merchandise that exists into a Dark Knight theme. Like poker? So does the Joker. No, not the dead one, the timeless comic book variety.

The Dark Knight Joker Poker set is limited edition and ships in August and costs $85. Included is a deck of Joker gimmick cards as well as another four suit deck and poker chips defaced by the Joker, himself (not the dead one). Have a lousy poker face that isn’t fooling anyone? Simple solution: the Joker solution. Cut a smile into your cheeks, no one will no whether or not you’re serious, they’ll just know you’re psychotic.

The 1470 Piece $8,600 Craftsman Professional Tool Set: More Tools Than You’ll Ever Use

tools.jpg

I don’t care if you’re a construction worker or a mechanic, there is just no way you have a need for so many tools. Don’t get me wrong, it would be incredibly awesome to own a tool set which features gizmos that don’t even have a name yet (yes, that’s how big this thing is), but the 1470 piece Craftsman Professional Tool Set takes the macho allure of tool collecting to a whole new level.

Most men (and some very butch women) take a lifetime to accumulate a tool collection that barely reaches half of this number. The Professional Tool Set lets you catch up to the big guys with one foul swoop. Even if you’re a contractor, plumber, mechanic, lumber jack and electrician, you’ll be hell bent to give every tool a try. The $8,600 value will hook you up with just about every specialty tool you can imagine, and some that you can’t.
