Don’t believe me? Fire up that DVD player and go watch Hackers. Angelina Jolie uses a clear-plastic Powerbook in the movie. And this Mac SE/30? No exception. It’s a beautiful-looking pre-production model that any collector would love to own.

Because Apple takes its sweet time on all of its ideas, netbook users have taken it upon themselves to try and get the Mac operating system running on various different netbooks.
According to Rob, the ideal choice for installing OS X are the MSI Wind or Dell Mini 9. Both of which can be turned in to a hackintosh with little problems. There are still some shades of gray on the chart, but it’s everyday users who will figure out these compatibility issues, not Apple.
