Pizza Lollipops

I haven’t really had a fix for a lollipop since I was maybe 6 or 7. If there happened to be one laying around and I needed a sugar kick, sure, I’d give stick one in my mouth and be on my way, but as I aged, I moved further away from fruity sugar candy and closer to chocolate and carbs. These Pizza Pops made by the bakers over at The Decorated Cookie combine the deliciousness of Italian cuisine with... Continue reading

Sudoku Pizza

Sudoku has had a major surge in popularity over the last several years, taking the place of crossword puzzles as the geeky geekier equivalent of Solitaire. But you know us geeks, we always have to take things a step further than necessary. Just when we thought everything was in its right place, we throw an Italian-inspired curve ball. If you need proof, look no further than the Sudoku Pizza, where numbers are replaced by a combo of nine different delicious... Continue reading

Mario Kart: For Real

Meet Remi Gaillard. He’s a real Italian plumber (except he’s French). The kind that drives a go-kart in live traffic, throwing banana peels at those trying to pass him by in an attempt to thwart their course. Yes, this man is playing Mario Kart for real. A hilarious video that’s well made and fun to watch. Don’t miss out. Link [via]

Italian Design: TooLate Watches

In need of a new watch but sick of what Swatch is offering? Armatron not really your thing? Try out TooLate, an Italian watch company that’s recently brought its designs across the pond to our shores. Each watch is only $30 and is waterproof. There’s the time and date and nothing more. Very minimalist, but then again, so is time. Looks like the hipsters will start snapping these up by the handful. Link [via]

Poufman Seats Bare No Resemblance To Pac-Man

No, really. These seats are just coincidentally named Poufman, they’ve got nothing to do with the classic Namco game, Pac-Man. No relation at all. Hell, these seats aren’t even inspired by Pac-Man one bit. If anything, Pac-Man is inspired by these seats. The designers of Italian company QAYOT were clearly eating a slice of pizza when they spawned the creation of this luxury furniture.  One of the designers took out a slice and was like, “Whoa, Poufman!” And that’s how... DIY: Paper Mario Hat With Shoddy Graphics

Everyone loves cosplaying as their favorite Italian plumber. All it takes is a red shirt and some overalls and all you’re missing is a hat and phony mustache.  Well, don’t worry about buying some expensive Nintendo-licensed product made of fabric. Instead, make your own Mario hat with nothing more than some paper, printer ink and Band-Aids. Just don’t try grabbing any fire flowers in the Mushroom Kingdom because this hat is anything but flame retardant. Link [via]

Do It For The Children: Spruce Up Your Shower

We’ve covered a lot of showers here on Gearfuse and most tend to be extravagant light-up systems that cost five figures. For the rest of us, we can take our 3BR, 1 bathroom apartments to the next level with these shower companions from Italian company Colacril. Add a melted starfish to your beach house, toss a panda in your dojo; it doesn’t matter. Everyone will surely compliment you on your styling choice whilst they wash away the beer you spilled... The Pizza Pro For ‘talians

As a pizza lover and eater, I’m always looking for a way to cut a slice from an uncut pie without fucking it all up. Usually, I take a steak knife and end up cutting half the cheese off while destroying the inner-section of the pie. If I had the Pizza Pro, this never would have happened. If you’re wondering what the Pizza Pro is, I’d be glad to fill you in. It’s a spatula-type instrument with a gigantic pair... Continue reading
