The New Batmobile

batmobile

The recession has hit Batman pretty hard. In fact, he can’t even afford gas for his old Batmobile anymore. He’s replacing unleaded with peanuts.

They might want to attach a fricken’ laser beam to his head. It’d be nice to have a weapon other than trample, you know, just in case we happen to be chasing down a criminal overlord.

Make Your Own Hidden Batcave Lair

buttonhead

Hidden with the now iconic Shakespearean bust, this awesome modder who goes by the mysterious name “Jimmy” set up his very own Wayne Manor Batcave-inspired hidden entrance. Using a  motor attached to a gearbox, which directly powers a wheel, Jimmy couldn’t use a full-sized bookshelf because of the sheer size, but opted for a door covered in faux-library wallpaper.

Press the button hidden within the bust and voila, go-go Batdoor. Works for me.

Victorian Batman

Batman-victorian

Back when the bat-signal was still illuminated by candle light, a non-electronic wielding vigilante roamed the streets, hunting down such villains as Jack the Ripper.

Marc Tan created this awesome piece titled “Gotham by Gaslight,” visualizing the image of Batman as seen through the eyes of 19th century Gotham.

Inspired by cosplay, these Baby Batman figurines come in your choice of Batman (Classic), Batman (Modern), Joker, Robin, Bat Girl, Cat Woman, Two Face and Mystery.

These are pretty adorable in a “I have more toys than you kid” sort of way.

Bat and Robin T-Shirt

bat_and_robin

While Bat and Robin might not be quite as “super” as the real dynamic duo, I could totally see a spin-off Saturday morning cartoon series featuring these two menacing flying creatures.

The Bat and Robin shirt takes a literal look at Batman, depicting what the comic could have been if the artists had decided to take a different course. This awesome shirt is still in the voting process on Threadless, but you can expect to see this for sale eventually.

What Would Megan Fox Look Like As Catwoman?

megan-fox-catwoman-wallpaper

The answer is simple. Really, really hot.

I like a little sex appeal mixed in with my feline superheros and Megan Fox, who starred in both Transformers movies, is the sexiest damn woman in Hollywood at the moment. This mock-up wallpaper fulfills our fantasies by placing the foxy Fox in the iconic Catwoman mask. The rumor of her taking the role might be totally false, but a man can dream.

Dark Knight Motorcycle Suit Replica Makes You Feel Super

batman-suit

Geeky bikers are a special sort of breed. They are bad-ass enough to step on a speeding motorcycle, but geeky enough to wear something like this while doing it.

The Dark Knight Motorcycle Suit is a replica of the suit worn by Christian Bale in The Dark Knight film. The suit is designed to be worn by bikers, though I’m sure the non-biking geek can get plenty of pleasure out of wearing it as well.

Superhero Robes: It’s A Bird, It’s A Plane, No! It’s an Average Man!

superherorobe-batman

Who hasn’t dreamed of one day being a superhero? It’s one of those ambitions that you never lose as you transition from child to adult. When you’re a kid, you wear pajamas featuring your favorite superhero’s emblem. Some PJs even featured a cape for ultra-realism. Now, as adults, we can get somewhat of the same effect in a slightly matured style.

The Superhero Robers are available in Batman and Superman flavors. Depending on your superhero of choice, you to can pretend that you are out saving the streets, rather than just laying in bed and fantasizing.

Full-Zip Batman Hoodie

batman-full-image-hoodie

Want the muscles of Bruce Wayne without the annoying butler or billions of dollars? Exactly. Throw down $78 and pick up this full-zip hoodie from Lot 29 Urban Wear. Batman’s face is screened onto the hood so your face will even be disguised whilst you rob a bank save a bank being robbed. I’d prefer a little more color on this thing, especially on that Batman logo on the chest, but hey, it’ll have to do.

Who said being a superhero was easy? Oh, right.

You Can’t Park Here, Sir

Look here, Batman. I know you’ve got the girl, you’ve got the money and you’ve got the ride. Great. You can’t park here. This is a restricted area. I’m going to have to write you a ticket. No, I don’t care that Roger from RubyRed designs made a t-shirt with you on it recreating this very moment. Pay up. You don’t want to pay the ticket Mr. Wayne? Take it up with the judge. I’ve gotta get back to the precinct before six.
