Obama is a Twitter Fraud

obama-twitter

I am shocked… SHOCKED about the recent revelation that Obama has not authored any of his 418 tweets posted to his Twitter account, @BarackObama. Doesn’t he have a free second between ruling the free world and meeting with world leaders to fill us in about… oh I don’t know… what he’s eating for lunch, maybe?

While in China, Obama was quoted as saying “I have never used Twitter but I’m an advocate of technology and not restricting internet access.” Right, right, net neutrality, blah blah. But you’ve NEVER USED TWITTER?! And I voted for this guy?

Obama Penny Bank: Change We Can Count

obama-bank

During Obama’s months of campaigning for the presidency of the United States, he spoke of change. Change we can believe in. I say, the last thing we need is more change. I have way too much spare change as it is.

The Obama Bank provides a place to keep all of your spare change. Finally, spare change you can believe in.

Super Obama World: Crush The Conservatives

Yes, I’m playing this game right now and yes, it rules. It’s the best of both worlds. You get all of the goodness of a classic Nintendo game, without the Nintendo. At the same time, you take on the role of our future president, Barack Obama, as he stomps any conservative daring enough to stand in his way.

John McCain Gets Barackroll’d

Words cannot simply do this video justice except that it blew my mind how much spare time people can have.

Campaign-O-Lanterns Scare Off Liberals And Conservatives Alike

Halloween is upon us, so we’re keeping our eyes peeled for some spooky home decorations that will surely scare the kids. What could be more frightening than pumpkin carvings of your favorite (or least favorite) politicians? Nothing comes to mind.

These “campaign-o-lanterns” offer a slew of PDFs you can use to begin carving your political pumpkins. I don’t know about you, but a Sarah Palin pumpkin would scare the shit out of of me. Not crazy about politicians? How about their wives? Both Cindy McCain and Michelle Obama are also included in the package. Scare both liberals and conservatives showing up for candy at your doorstep. That’s killing two birds with one stone.

UNDFTD Obama T-Shirt

Barack Obama clothing is everywhere these days. In order to give your even more Obama wardrobe options, UNDFTD teamed up with Geoff McFetridge to make this shirt featuring likenesses of the Democratic Presidential candidate.

UNDFTD’s Obama shirt is part of a voter registration drive. They’re releasing the shirt at an event in Las Vegas on October 4th. It’s a pretty cool shirt, but I can’t help but think that it looks a bit like a ripoff of Pharrell’s last album cover.

Obama and Biden Unleash iPhone App

In a terrible attempt to stay partisan, we’ll just point you to the link on the iTunes store where you can download a Obama/Biden ‘08 iPhone application. It has campaign news, an Election Day ticker, donate button and plenty of other information. You can even call your friends to get the word out. Anyone used it? Decent? Since McCain has admitted he’s out of touch with technology, I doubt we’ll see an iPhone app from him anytime soon.

Barack Obama Air Force Ones

Artist Jim Lasser is showing a political art exhibition in Portland, Oregon called “The Dunk on McCain.” For the exhibit Lasser made this neat pair of Barack Obama Air Force Ones featuring the Democratic nominee on the soles.

Lasser’s exhibition also features a series of prints made with the shoes. You’d think that Obama fans would prefer stepping on John McCain’s face. Kids these days just don’t make any sense.

Fake Obama Spam Attack

Apparently, people may have actually listened to Vince and sent out fake Vice Presidential pick announcements in advance of Barack Obama’s VP selection. Obama generated a lot of buzz for the decision by telling the press that he’d announce his choice via text messages and email blasts to his supporters.

Joe Biden was named as the Vice presidential candidate this morning, but before the news actually broke there were tons of hoax emails. CNN reports there were scams claiming that Hillary Clinton, Tim Kaine, and Kathleen Sebelius had been chosen. One of the e-mails came Friday morning from “obama08campaign@aol.com” and reached many prominent Washington reporters. I wonder if the pranksters behind these announcements were actually hoping to influence the selection process or if they just did it for the lulz.
