Time Machine Clock Has Something To Do With Shiny Balls

timemachineclock.jpg

The workings of this clock can best be described from an excerpt from the official product description; “A central spindle counts the seconds, releasing a ball every minute. Once five minutes is reached, the five minute ball is released. These balls accumulate until 12 have been released, whereupon the one hour ball is set free and rolls into place. This continues on the hour, every hour.”

So in some way, in some form, the Time Machine Clock uses shiny balls to tell time. Well then, that’s enough for me. A clock like this would make a great addition to our The 12 Coolest Extreme Clocks You’ll Never Own list. But if you insist, you can get yours for 39.99, or around $80. — Andrew Dobrow
