This Old Starship: build your own sliding door

This fellow Marc, an engineer from Florida, built himself a sliding door that whooshes when it opens and closes. It’s like the set design for Star Trek re-imagined by Restoration Hardware. I can’t find the companion video, where Marc takes us through the door and into his dining room, which he turned into a holodeck using stuff he bought at Home Depot.
