Terrafugia’s Flying Car Prototype Takes Flight!

The days of wondering what a flying car will look like are over thanks to Terrafugia…only, we have to say that we’re a little disappointed in the lack of Jetson’s style.

The Terrafugia flying car prototype took to the air at the EAA AirVenture airshow in Wisconsin last Wednesday without any Earth shattering events…well, except for the fact that it was a flying car. The new  Terrafugia Transition transforms from car to plane seamlessly and the car mode of the vehicle is completely street legal. At just around $300,000 each though we’re thinking that not everyone is going to have their own flying car.
