EA Games has really been cashing in on all of these Sims expansions. People are just relentless with this game. And you know what they say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. With that said, EA Games has announced plans on yet another expansion release for Sims 2, which will be called Seasons. This eighth expansion will upgrade the Sims weather system to include more then just the sole condition of fair weather. Along with the expansion comes added experiences for your Sim to “live” through. You wouldn’t want to upset your computer generated portrayal of a person by not letting them experience computer generated life! Want more details? Take the jump and see more.
Here is a little sneak peak from EA Games that we are proud to pass on to you, the obsessed Sims player:
Dramatic and detailed weather effects bring a brand new visual experience to The Sims 2 neighborhoods — Snowstorms, thundershowers, lightning bolts and deadly hailstones.
New group activities in every season your Sims and their family and friends! Build snowmen, splash in the pool, play catch, ice skate, Harvest fruits and veggies all year round and blend love potions, etc.
Dress your Sims in seasonal outfits like winter coats, gloves, ear muffs, raincoats, summer dresses, and more.
Explore 6 New Careers and new clubs – Do your Sims yearn to be an adventurer or gamer? Perhaps they’d rather explore music, law, journalism, or education? No? Ok, there’s a heavy metal guitar.
Looks pretty cool from the sound of it, right? Season’s will also have an effect your Sims’ mood. Love will be blooming in spring. Father’s will be beating their children for not shoveling the snow in winter. Same old stuff, ya know? Plus more careers and clothing, this package seems to be a major major expansion and is pretty much already guaranteed as a best selling game. — Andrew Dobrow
