DIY: Instrumented glove

Powerglove_1.jpg

Looking for a cool way to control your music devices? Check out this instrumented glove project. At a low cost, the designer of this project created a cool looking glove that has an interface capable of controlling music devices, but we’re sure could be modded into almost anything you wanted.

To create this finished product, you’ll need to dissect and scalp some PowerGloves, making sure to remove all of the flex sensors. With these sensors, you strap them onto lycra gloves and a suit, and hook them up with an A/D converter. Well enough of our half-assed attempt at instruction. — Andrew Dobrow
