USB drives are definitely cool to have around. Though, a lot of the time, we would would never trust them with important data files, just because they break too damn easy. If you have one in your pocket and you sit the wrong way, forget about it. It’s history. Luckily for us, this happened one to many times to modder Russell Jones, the hack artist of the Indestructible USB drive.

Made of a hard aluminum casing, this DIY project will make your USB drive virtually indestructible, even under the most harsh of tight pants situations. It’s a easy step by step mod so you should be able to keep up. — Andrew Dobrow
