Waveform jewelry is nothing new to nerds like us. After all, we previously covered a wedding ring that had the waveform for “I do” engraved into the side. You can read about that here. But much like the Eagles’ classic hit, there’s a new kid in town.

The Sound Advice project produces all sorts of jewelry based on custom waveforms. Believe it or not, the project is sort of an anti-drug campaign but never mind that nonsense. At $18, it’s a steal for such a unique piece of wearable art. I’m thinking I’ll record something that blurs the line between tasteless and vulgar.

Nice project!

But originally never intended to be used for an anti drug campaign.
The responsible agency never bought or licensed the copyrights from me.

(the first version made was a sample from ol’dirty bastard,
a musican not famous for his anti-drug attitude)
