Virgin Mary USB Flash Card: Blasphemous Storage

composing_2.jpg

There aren’t too many USB drives that can be described as being blasphemous, but the Virgin Mary flash drive is truly a sight to be seen. We don’t know how we feel about the Virgin having a male input, but adding in a blinking heart for when the device is plugged in was a good touch.

Inscribed on the halo shaped sign above the drive, it says “Oh, Maria. Keep My Data Safe.” This is not a drive for atheists, and might not attract religious nuts either. We guess it could make a decent gag gift? The price of 69 euros is a nice touch too. — Andrew Dobrow

  1. Why can’t everybody stop blaspheming Jesus and Mary? It’s getting a little tiring. Do this to some other religious figures and there will be WWIII for sure.
Everyone wants tolerance in every way, except we Christians are not supposed to expect tolerance or respect. Well folks, if you can’t give respect ,plan on not receiving it back and don’t complain when you don’t get it.

  2. Holy Mary, Mother of God,
    Pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death.

  3. Personally I would not like to be in the shoes of anyone who attacks the Mother of Jesus. I’am sure that right now the sweet Virgin Mary who stood at the cross of her son, is praying for all of you for forgiveness from her son Jesus. Think about that the next time you feel the need to do something against her. Arlene

We are sorry. Might are sins be forgiven, oh holy father. If you want one they are only 69 euros! Though, technically, isn’t this a product from god, if he is the creator of everything? So in a way, I guess he endorses this. And so do we!

Save your pandering for the day where we have a post that features the words “Fuck Jesus”. Not over a religious themed caricature. I don’t see the difference between this, and the plastic piece of shit crucifix you wear around your neck or wrap around your car mirror. It’s all products and its all consumerism.

What’s the difference between “Keep Our Data Safe” and “Bless Our Home”. They are both pandering to the safety of personal goods.

  5. isnt confusing an object with a god, idolatry? When i see this item i just wanna giggle. I dont confuse it with any actual deity. perhaps that is the difference between the blessed and those who are stricken with rigid belief systems which keep them entrapped in a leaden box of fear and guilt…..
    Or not.
Either way, it harms none to have a data stick in the artist-imagined image of a goddess-form…
    Or does it?

  6. this is silly…there is no deity running this planet….or if so he is an incompetent.
