		<description>I think what they mean is similar to the whole napster thing, if you do something illegal or stupid with your service, and the media gets involved, or it somehow comes to the fact that &quot;S/he used AT&amp;T service to commit this act&quot; i.e. spam the hell out of people with your AT&amp;T service / email address, hack into things using it, basically anything that will make the service look bad because it was being used for evil. but ToS are so general that they could use it as ANYTHING. though if this were to be the case, your first amendment should override this ToS I think</description>

		<description>That&#039;s is terrible. If a customer is talking bad about a service you ask them what&#039;s wrong and see what can be done to improve it. Not give them the boot. What are they God all of a sudden. If I am a customer and I say your product sucks that is my oppinion and as an American I should have that right.

Reading this has made me loose a lot of respect for AT&amp;T.... At least being a comcast user if my connection shuts off for a few hours I can curse the heavens without being punished.</description>
