If a customer is talking bad about a service you ask them what's wrong and see what can be done to improve it. Not give them the boot. What are they God all of a sudden. If I am a customer and I say your product sucks that is my oppinion and as an American I should have that right. Reading this has made me loose a lot of respect for AT&T.... At least being a comcast user if my connection shuts off for a few hours I can curse the heavens without being punished. That’s is terrible. If a customer is talking bad about a service you ask them what’s wrong and see what can be done to improve it. Not give them the boot. What are they God all of a sudden. If I am a customer and I say your product sucks that is my oppinion and as an American I should have that right.
