White PS3 going for $1,500+ on eBay
And you thought that the people getting pink and orange Zunes were lucky… Well, the person who opened their box and found a white PS3 doesn’t really exist, so don’t fret. This white PS3 was homemade, well, home painted is more like it. PS3Center actually took the time to take their brand new PS3 apart, painstaking paint the black components, put it back together (and make it work), and sell it on eBay as the first ever white PS3. Their... Continue reading
Sony PS3 Firmware 1.32 is another small step forward
This just might be the feature that saves the PS3: the firmware updates. Sony has just released the update version 1.32, which doesn’t do anything really radical, but keeps moving forward with bugs and problems. As Sony has said, the updates improves the network performance of the system software. Browser updates? WiFi faster? Not very specific Sony. So as these small updates continue to roll out, the PS3 will get better and better. Hopefully, after the bugs are ironed out,... Continue reading
PS3 supply to exceed demand
Things have not been going good at all for Sony recently. The PS3, which was one of the most, if not the most, highly anticipated gaming consoles ever to be released has entered a serious slump. Days later the systems were being sold for... Continue reading

Why Sony? Because Blu-Ray drives are a huge part of what they are doing right now. Blu-Ray is built into the PlayStation3 and the new round of Blu-Ray drives. Because of the lack of the diodes, the prices of the drives are sky... Continue reading

Sony copies ‘Get a Mac ads’
After almost a year of delays on their mammoth of a game console and a recall of over a million burning laptop batteries, Sony has decided to make themselves “cool” again by cloning Apple. Apple’s now infamous “Get a Mac” ad campaign is being duped by Sony Australia’s C-Series VAIO, which claims to be a “non-PC PC.” The VAIO ad features the typical ‘dressed up’ PC and the ‘laid back’ Mac, but has a young women in stylish clothes as...
