BraDryer: Show Those Tits Who’s Boss

bra-dryer-2_iudfi_48

I love bras. It may seem odd considering that I’m a male, but think of it like this: bras hold boobs. See? I just pulled some motherfucking algebra out on you.

The BraDryer is a concept device that would keep those more expensive bras in tit-top shape. Puns aside, it’s actually a half-decent idea. I had no idea that those Wonderbras and such from Victoria’s Secret cost a pretty penny. Should you need to dry your bra in a flash, the BraDryer will do just that without burning your breasts off. It’ll even help your bras maintain their proper shape for maximum cuppage.

Got Crabs?

sodacrabs

No, no. Not the kind your ex-girlfriend gave you. Sheesh.

The kind with the blue legs that taste delicious and melt in your mouth? Try again.

Half-Life? No, no. That’s a headcrab.

Guys and gals, I’m talking about the soda can crab. Look at this cute little bugger. Don’t you want to take him home and let him collect dust on your work desk? Aww! Nah, I kid. Instructables user Chaitanyak was kind enough to post a full tutorial on how to turn a soda can into a metal crab. It’s an easy, quick and, more importantly, fun activity that you and your kids can do on a rainy day. See? Gearfuse cares about crabs.

Cubism: Square Traffic Light Concept

Traffic lights are an annoying but needed accessory to our daily life. When I used to drive, I’d get incredibly irritated with those new traffic lights that don’t show you what color it is until the last possible second. Now Art Lebedev is hoping to switch things up with these colorful, LED-powered square traffic lights. While red, green and yellow lights will be familiar, the shape of them gives them a new look that most drivers would welcome in a heartbeat. Let’s see if Audi can detect these.

What about you? Would you like to see some new traffic lights on your street corner that resemble these?

Human-Powered Mobile Treadmill Keeps Up With A 350Z

This is just hilarious. Even more so than the World Of Warcraft treadmill race across Azeroth. It’s a human-powered mobile treadmill by Alex Astilean. Technically the equivalent of a large hamster wheel for humans, this mobile treadmill will have everyone in the park giving you funny looks. Just be careful not to hit anyone. With the momentum this thing could potentially build up, who knows what kind of damage it could do?

Flat Light Bulb For Flat Rooms

Light bulbs have not gone under many changes in design since their invention. Besides the curly eco bulbs that have spread like wild fire since the awareness of an energy crisis, conventional light bulbs have always retained their shape. That is, until Korean designer Joonhuyn Kim redesigns the light bulb to his own liking. What he creates is a light bulb that is 1/3 the volume of a normal bulb and is flatter than my back. An original design that I’d love to see in my cardboard condiminium. You know – because it’s flat!

Weight-Loss Belt For Fatties

Are you an overwhelming fat ass that just can’t shred those pounds because going to the gym is another chore on your list of things you won’t do?  Well, your prayers have been answered! The Vibro Shape slimming belt is said to rid you of your beer-belly in favor of some sexy washboard abs. The belt can also be used on the shoulders, hips, and thighs for a full body workout and a safe auto timer will turn the unit off after 15 minutes to prevent the heat from burning more than just your fat.

A $26 belt that “melts” your fat away with vibration and heat is every couch potato’s dream. Nerds will certainly be in dire need of one of these when Wrath of the Lich King hits store shelves. It’s a damn shame vibrating weight-loss equipment like these never work, otherwise they’d have a heftier price tag.

Dubai Tower Is World’s First Building In Motion

A revolutionary skyscraper by Italian architect Dr. David Fisher is planned for Dubai. The unnamed tower will be 80-stories high with revolving floors that alter the shape and form of the building. With the aid of an immobile cement core, spinning floors rotate around the core while staying connected to it. This will give guests of the building a constantly changing view of the city and surroundings. Wind turbines are installed between every floor, which generates enough electricity to power the entire building, making it self-sufficient.

That’s not all. A building is also planned for Moscow in 2010. The Moscow tower, though only in its design phase, will contain 70 floors and be 1,310 feet tall. With all these shape-shifting towers, you’d think they would’ve thrown the U.S. a bone and built one here, considering we’ve lossed two of our best buildings. No worries, we still have the greatest rotating tower of all: the Seattle Space Needle.

BMW Gina Is Not Flame-Retardant

BMW’s new concept car ‘GINA Light Visionary Model’ is remarkably innovative. It’s a shape-shifting car covered with seamless fabric stretched over a movable metal frame that allowing the driver to change the car’s form at will. The fabric is water resistant and durable. However, setting fire to it is a different story.

There are no plans for the fabric-enveloped car to hit production lines:

“It is in the nature of such visions that they do not necessarily claim to be suitable for series production,” company officials said in unveiling the car Tuesday. “Rather, they are intended to steer creativity and research into new directions.”

Perhaps this concept will inspire more alternative eco-friendly automobiles to hit production lines in the next few years. We’re all hoping that in the event of a crash, automobiles like Gina won’t leave you in a mangled heap of charred flesh and fragmented bones.

You don’t know it, but you are fully in our mind-bending control. Oh, the power! You might not be able to manipulate minds as well as us, but you can experience molding to some degree with the Lite-On conceptual Moldable Mouse, which lets you custom mold your own ergonomics.

Squeeze the Moldable Mouse into any shape you desire, or just keep squeezing it until it bursts. The choice is yours. Hell, it’s your money. Made with non-toxic, lightweight clay, covered with nylon and a polyurethane blend fabric, the mouse looks like it feels like a stress ball, except it actually maintains its shape. — Andrew Dobrow

IVY External HDD With Cool OLED Display

harddrive1gh1.jpg

External HDDs are about as varied as cloned sheep when it comes to their blocky form factor. Despite the fact that the IVY doesn’t do much for changing the all around shape of a HDD device, the concept does add in a really cool OLED display which creates a visualization of how the data on the device is being used.

Every time you add more data to the device, the display changes to update the visual partitioning of the IVY drive. — Andrew Dobrow
