Chocolate Covered iPad
Looking for a surefire way of getting laid tonight? Grab yourself an iPad and cover that bitch in chocolate. Present it to your woman. Result? Super-horniness. Thank me later. Hey, it’s more romantic than Chocolate Weapons at least. Stefan Magdalinski created this idea as a birthday for his Apple-crazy Asian girlfriend. I’m pretty sure he’s still reaping the benefits as we speak.
iPhone 4: Not Sure If It Will Blend, But It Definitly Breaks
iFixYourI Blog put the iPhone 4′s glass exterior to the test and wouldn’t you know it? Glass tends to shatter when it falls from a few feet up. After the phone’s third fall, from approximately 3.5 feet, successfully shattered the newest rendition of the Jesus Phone. It’s only fair to take into account that the particular device used for the test was only the iPhone 4 casing, without all of the hardware goodness inside. We imagine the hardware might add... iPad Mac Classic Mod
I don’t think there’s a lot of people with these old Mac Classics lying around, but for those who do, here’s a cool way to actually use the thing for something other than taking up space. The iPad Mac Classic mod molds the old with the new, integrating the iPad into the display of the Mac Classic. Link [via]
Smartphone Infographic Face Off!: iPhone 4 vs. HTC Evo vs. Droid Incredible
With Steve Jobs’s unveiling of the iPhone 4 at yesterday’s WWDC, the modern smartphone battleground was just cranked up a notch. Apple’s newest launch into the mobile stratosphere has already spurred much speculation of which phone will ultimately win the smartphone battle. Looking at all of the stats, I don’t think there’s much competition. AT&T just needs to get their shit together. Then the sky wouldn’t even be a limit for these folks. Hit the jump to see the infographic-goodness... Continue reading
Apple Steve Jobs Keynote WWDC 2010 Recap
While much like our friends over at Gizmodo, we weren’t invited to Steve Jobs’ WWDC 2010 keynote, we followed the event close, so here’s a recap of what you might have missed, filtering out all of the typical craptastic self-promotion. Netflix app coming to the iPhone, the full Netflix experience. Watch Instant Stream movies, resume on different device. Out this summer for free. PDF support and Bookmarks coming to iBooks later this month. Farmville coming to the iPhone. The same... Continue reading
iPad Disguise Deters Thieves From Jacking Your Goods
While you’ll have to make sure you’re standing in the corner, or at least somewhere a mugger isn’t likely to be looming behind you, this clever iPad disguise hides your precious device in an actual newspaper, deterring muggers from getting all up in your grill, yo. Depending on who you want to impress, this could also be a good way to score chicks. Do you commute in the financial district? Day trading hotties catching your eye? The Wall Street Journal... Crazy Uncle Ballmer to Speak During Jobs’ Keynote at WWDC
Calling Ripley’s Believe or Not! Warning, warning, this is not a drill. Steve Ballmer is in the hizouse. CEO of Microsoft, now the second most valuable tech company in the U.S. (the first spot was just recently overtaken by Apple oddly enough), Steve Ballmer is allegedly scheduled to have a 7-minute chunk of speaking time during Steve Jobs’ keynote at the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference or WWDC in San Fran on June 7th. Yes, the same guy who lashes out... Continue reading
Joker iPad Decal
This iPad decal is either suggesting that the Joker is an avid fan of fruit, or is merely implying that Steve Jobs is an evil supervillain bent on world domination. I’m just sayin’. Or maybe this Etsy seller just knows their audience a little too well. The Joker iPad Decal sold out for $15, but if you’re lucky you’ll be able to scoop one up if the seller ever decides to offer them again. Link [via]
World of Warcraft on the iPad
WoW addicts will be happy to know that there’s a way to take your addiction to the road. At least that’s what is alleged. Apparently it’s possible to run World of Warcraft on the iPad via Dave Perry’s non-commercial (yet) Gaikai game streaming service, which somehow bypasses Apple’s imprisonment of Flash and combines Java, Flash and Silverlight to create a streaming gaming environment. I can only imagine how insanely awesome multi-touch controls would work with the game. Raiding would really... Continue reading
Flava Flav Ain’t Got Nuthin’ On This iPad Chain
Twitter user Stammy spotted one of the members of Atlanta rap duo UGLY rocking the hell out of this iPad chain. The iPad in question was playing a music video, we assume one of UGLY’s videos. Yeaaaaaah, booooy! Flav’s famed clock chain might be able to assure that the Flava is always punctual, but it’s got nuthin’ on the promotional skills of this iPad chain. Link [via]
