Girl With a Pearl Earring Recreated Using a Single Bic Pen
Artist James Mylne took on the challenge of recreating Johannes Vermeer’s Girl With a Pearl Earring using only one single Bic Cristal pen. Apparently the sort of shading he accomplishes in the portrait is possible using a variety of different pressures. Man, it just boggles my mind that people can do stuff like this. I have trouble successfully composing a stick figure. [via]
