5th Gen iPod Nano Case Makes Device Look Like a Proper Camera

iluv-ipod-nano-case

There has already been a fair share of quips about the video camera on the new 5th generation iPod Nano, most having to deal with the video quality and the positioning of the lens on the device. But what about the fact that it looks nothing like a camera? If you weren’t down with tech blogs, you’d probably not even notice the video feature.

iLuv offers these Nano skins which make the device more closely resemble a camera. This way, you’ll never forget what you can do with it. Grab yours for just short of $25.

Giant iPod Nano: A Birthday Gift from Jonathan Ive

giant-ipod

If your lucky enough to pal around with people like Senior VP of Industrial Design for Apple, Jonathan Ive, than you might be fortunate enough to receive really unique gifts for your birthday. Designer friend of Ive, Paul Smith, received his gigantic iPod Nano from Ive and Ive’s Apple co-worker Jody.

In reaction to the gift, Smith said “as the real thing gets smaller, he sends me a giant version.” Hey, Ive, you wanna go grab a bite sometime?

iPod Nano Gets A Huge Upgrade

I wasn’t expecting much from Apple today but these new iPod Nanos really take the company to the next level. Beautiful design, thin as fuck, colorful as a rainbow and cheaper. Let’s review:

Accelerometer
The accelerometer comes to iPod nano. Give it a shake to shuffle your music. Turn it sideways to view Cover Flow. And play games designed with your moves in mind.

Genius
The new Genius feature turns iPod nano into your own highly intelligent, personal DJ. It creates playlists by finding songs in your library that go great together.

New Look
For those about to rock, we give you nine amazing colors. But that’s only part of the story. Feel the curved, all-aluminum and glass design and you won’t want to put iPod nano down.

Pricing
The 8GB version will be $149 with the 16GB coming in at $199.

There you have it folks. I think the only decision we have left is which color to choose.
