With the introduction of “Black Ice” cooling systems into Dell computers, we can see that the full power of a Core 2 is yet to be seen. With rumors and speculation showing that “Black Ice” might be better than any other cooling system on the market, our already incredibly quick four-cores might just be able to reach over-clock status without having a heavy burnout.
