It’s Getting Cold, Bundle Up Your Camera Lens

Here’s an easy way to not only make your giant camera lens more portable but also mask it from unsuspecting wildlife. LensCoats are custom lens covers that are available for a wide variety of lenses and extenders. It offers protection from bumps, jars and nicks, while also providing a thermal barrier which protects your equipment from becoming frozen in ice.

In addition to the camouflage design, the LensCoat is also available in black; just in case you don’t want to embarrass yourself during a more “suburban” shot. Prices can range from around $20 for the camera bag (shown on the left) to around $80 for multi-segmented lens covers (shown on the right). No doubt you’ll be photographing in harsh conditions at some point or another, so make sure you’re prepared.

ICU In A Suitcase For Critical Conditions

Nowadays, everything has got to be compact and portable. If it isn’t, you might as well throw it out with the rest of the unnecessarily obtuse crap. Here’s something everyone shouldn’t leave home without: a portable Intensive Care Unit. It’s got all you need jam packed in a suitcase-sized carrying case. An integrated ventilator with CO2 & O2 monitoring, ECG, invasive and non-invasive blood pressure monitoring, low and high rate infusion pumps with a fluid warmer, and that’s not even the half of it.

This thing can even be hooked up to a printer, just in case you need to print out an electrocardiogram. So, the next time you wake up in a bathtub full of ice with two scars over where your kidneys should be, you better hope you didn’t leave yours at home.

Double Bag Is A Deformed Ball Sack

Check this bag design out. See anything wrong with it? Of course you don’t, it looks too hip to have you distracted by flawed design. It’s called Double Bag and the name matches the look. The look being a post-pubescent scrotum after taking a hit from a fastball thrown by Walter Johnson. It reminds me of those portable crutches except without the blue balls.

It’s designed to carry your daily ham and cheese lunch meal with an extra spot for your water bottle conveniently co-joined with the rest of the bag. Yea, the bag hangs over your shoulder like a traditional purse but why in the heck does it need to link up with the other side or be able to break away at all? Sacrificing bag space for nothing more than a K’Nex piece doesn’t seem very ergonomic. You’d be better off with a Mooncloth bag. You can hold more with it and look just as queer.

LiveLuggage Makes Transporting Entire Wardrobe An Ease

No one likes hauling ridiculously heavy bags around the airport. LiveLuggage’s Power Assisted series uses a special wheel to make your traveling a heck of a lot more lightweight. This luggage is designed to distribute 85% of the total weight directly upon the wheels, making you feel you’re only carrying a fraction of it.

The intelligent torque control powers the wheels and the pressure is applied to the handle, leading to the concentration of force sensors at the base. The tilt switch/sensors power the wheels at specific angles between 15% and 35% incline.

This torque control activates manually or automatically when necessary and in the event that you drop your luggage, it’ll automatically deactivate so your stuff won’t resist gravity and fly away.
