The MacBook for Pirates

apple-crossbones

Soon to be quarantined after the nasty scabies epidemic, this MacBook for Pirates features a special Apple and crossbones logo design courtesy of Etsy user LastFuse (name thief that they be), selling their decal for only $2.50.

If the parrot, hat and eye patch didn’t tip them off, this decal sure will.

Mini Lighter Cufflinks

lighter-cufflinks

These Mini Lighter Cufflinks were available on Etsy before the internet took over and sold out every last pair. Will they be back? Who knows, but lord, these things are awesome.

They’re cufflinks which are actual lighters, meaning you can light up a smoke without even reaching into your pocket. I wouldn’t recommend these if you go a little heavy on the cologne. That could end pretty messy and likely extra crispy.

Steve Jobs “Say Anything” T-Shirt

jobs-say-anything

John Cusack is perhaps best known for his role in the film “Say Anything.” More specifically, the iconic scene where Cusack holds up a blaring boombox over his head for his desired lover. What if director Cameron Crowe had taken a slightly geekier route to his destination?

This organic t-shirt illustrates what “Say Anything” might have looked like had Crowe been really into Apple rather than hellbent on making Cusack into every 80s chick’s wet dream. Steve Jobs, what a dreamboat.

xbox-case1

Seeing as custom felt cases are quickly becoming the “cool thing” to have on your iPhone, I had no choice but to post this amazing first look at the hand embroidered Xbox 360 felt iPhone case and included key chain controller.

For both the case and the key chain you’ll be shelling out $45. Subtract $10 if you don’t care for the controller key chain.

Turntable Clock Made Using Actual Recycled Turntable

turntable-clock

Let’s keep the scratchin’ going to the early morn. Yeahhhh, boooooy.

Made using an old, retired Fischer turntable and a rockin’ Doobie Brothers vinyl album, the Turntable Clock WAS available on Etsy, but has since sold out. I’m guessing there was only one available in the first place, but who knows, more might pop up if you’re lucky,

Hand-Crocheted Baby Viking Hat

viking-hat

When my kid isn’t wearing their hand-knit Legend of Zelda Link outfit, there’s no way that he/she will be wearing some conventional baby outfit. Oh, helllllll no. At the very least, it will be wearing something like this Hand-Crocheted Viking Hat, made specifically for toddler warriors.

Available in pretty much any color you desire, the baby Viking Hat will set you back $30, but that’s for a custom made piece of clothing. Adult sizes and wool material is available for a higher price. I might just get a matching hat for myself.

Bacon and Egg iPhone Case: I Can Do Without the Egg

bacon-egg-iphone-case1

Everybody’s favorite crisped pork fat dish, with a side of fried chicken hatchling, is the star of this felt iPhone case / pouch / inedible tease. Breakfast is one of the geekiest meals of the day, just because the inclusion of bacon, maybe with a dash of Jolt cola for that AM buzz.

The handcrafted case makes me hungry just thinking about it. Seriously. The $35 price tag is a little more steep than I’m used to, but for bacon, I’d do almost anything.

PlayStation Controller Paperclip Bookmarks

playstation-controller-bookmarks_1

Any PlayStation junky is all too familiar with the four standard buttons on the PS controllers. These Paperclip Bookmarks take the four iconic symbols and place them on the inside of your book’s pages.

There’s no better way to catch a gamer’s eye than to place symbols that remind him of gaming in random places around the house. The only issue is that these bookmarks might inspire you to read less and game more. Not that that’s too much of a problem.

Vintage Money Bag Wallet

moneybag1

You can’t get much more authentic than this. These Money Bag Wallets are made of authentic old-timey vintage money bags. The same type of bag you can see thieves swipe from the back of an armored vehicle in those brand new “moving pictures” I’ve been hearing so much about.

The product page warns that some of the bags do show signs of their age, though are all together in great shape. Grab your own for $35 from Etsy.
