Tablet Gaming At It’s Best

Some gamers have their preferred methods of play, we’re not talking Xbox versus Playstation here, we’re talking handheld versus full gaming system. The thing about tablet gaming however, is that it falls somewhere in the middle, the screen is larger than handheld but the controls are more handheld than anything else. This makes tablet gaming both fun and a little frustrating at times. The key to good tablet gaming however, is finding the right game to play, so today we are looking at some of our favorite tablet games.

Angry Birds Star Wars Edition

We have talked about Angry Birds Star Wars before but this is one of our favorite tablet games. Combining Star Wars with touch technology and the game play of Angry Birds, we love this game! Sling the birds at the pigs and…you know the drill.

Fruit Ninja is another game optimized for the touch screen of tablets and it makes for a good fast paced game. Slice fruit like a ninja and earn as many points as possible in the allotted time.

Shadowgun: Deadzone is another great game for tablet users looking for great graphics but a little more intense gaming than the more arcade like swipe games above. Shadowgun: Deadzone is one for those of you who crave shooting games and something worth getting caught up in for hours.

Mass Effect Infiltrator is another shooter game and is ideal for those of you who are existing fans of the Mass Effect series. The graphics in this tablet game are incredible and from EA Games we’d expect nothing less.
