No other game has really done that for me. In fact, I can't think of a game that has their lore run so deep. If it's done right, with a focus on story and action, it could be amazing. How can it not suck? Elves with ridiculously long, pointy ears, etc... If done with a sufficiently large (read: epic, enormous, biggest ever) budget, AND with very talented actors (not those random young new folks who seem to make it into fantasy movies) AND with an epic plot, with well written and non-cheesy dialog, it might work out. I think they'd be better off buying lottery tickets, better odds. I expect absolute garbage. It’s a movie based on a video game. How can it not suck?
