Panasonic RP-HTX7 headphones

panasonic rp-htx7 headphones

Panasonic decided to go with a retro look with their new headphones, the RP-HTX7. These headphones incorporate a leather style headband, pastel painted headphones, and large cup headphones to bring back that look of the good-ole days. Not only does Panasonic give the RP-HTX7 a cool design, but they also give them cool features. Some of the features include 40mm drive unit, a 1.2 meter cord, a 2 meter extension cord, and a carrying pouch so you don’t scratch that beautiful paint job. Now who needs 2.2 meters of cord for headphones, that’s a little bit of overkill; no one puts their iPod down in their shoe when listening to it. The RP-HTX7s come in 5 different colors, light blue, light brown, green, black, and white, so everyone will be happy as they start trying to pretend their in the 70s. For $59, Panasonic’s RP-HTX7 headphones are a good buy if you want to listen to decent music and be totally stylin’ doing it. — Nick Rice

These are designed as studio headphones- it is common for the cable to be longer than those designed for casual use. (you might have the phones plugged into your mixer several feet away while you record the cowbell solo)
