I lost complete use of my Left arm in a motorcycle accident while I was stationed in Japan. I love to play video games and I just got the Xbox 360 Slim. The controller is not very friendly to the one handed player at all. I manage to play most games, but is dificult and I get my ass kicked in multi player because I just can press all the buttons when I need to . A one handed controller would solve everything. Hell, if they even made it so that I could press the buttons with my feet and use my one hand for the sticks, I'd be happy. So far this controller looks to be the best one. However, I just started looking. The price is a little steep though.

One handed gaming...that's what I'm trying to figure out how to do for my sister who had a surprise stroke at a young age and is now confined to a nursing home with elderly people. She has no one she can relate to, nothing wrong with her mind and half her body, but she cannot use one hand. She's bored to tears and would like to play some games. I'm trying to figure out a way to make that happen, and with some decent games. As one poster above suggested, maybe pc is the best way to go.

Adam,

Not sure who you're directing the hostility towards, but I do see your point. This could really open the doors to someone physically handicapped.

Thought I gotta admit, I don't see how it would make it any easier than the standard controller.
