The new World Of Warcraft expansion is one heavily anticipated piece of game-ware. The official project site is now officially up and running in the wake of BlizzCon and the new features are looking awesome.

Blizzard has posted some prototype screenshots and 3D build maps for the new addition of the Northrend continent, featuring shots of the Borean Tundra and the Howling Fjord. Take the jump for some excellent images.
