Minecraft Gets 10/10 Review Score, Selling at One Game Every 5 Seconds

Minecraft is out — and the reviews are amazing.

The first published review of the full version of Minecraft was a perfect 10/10 score, from reviewer Alec Meer over at Eurogamer. Now, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the game is perfect (no game can be 100% perfect). Meer does point out that he has a few minor issues with the game, such as the endgame feeling “undercooked”. However, this apparently wasn’t bothersome enough to stop him from giving it a perfect score.

Over at Minecraft’s site, you can see that the game is already being bought at the rate of one ever five seconds — and new users are registering approximately every 1 second. Sales for Minecraft have already surpassed 4 million.
