It’s a solar panel necklace that you wear around at day and when night comes, the pretty white lights come on. With two hours of sunlight a day, you can light up the night bright as a kite for four hours, right?
Designer Mae Yokoyama actually created a rad concept here. If you could shrink those panels to a much smaller size, I’m sure women would be wearing them in a heartbeat.
