Though it does look a lot like a PCB from Lady Ada's Spoke POV kit: http://www.ladyada.net/make/spokepov/makeprep.html ...And one would imagine her software would also suffice for programming it "...totally custom product built from scratch, including self-etched boards" might be a bit of a stretch...? It's a cool hack, but give credit where credit is due. This is undoubtedly cool!
