Using an application called iASign and an AT&T pre-paid calling card, this man was able to get Vodaphone to alter his service to be used on the iPhone. The contract was able to be negotiated using the AT&T USIM card.
Using the pre-paid card from inside an old o2XDA phone, he popped the new card into the iPhone, and to his surprise it worked. Which is funny, because it wasn’t supposed to work at all. Supposedly everything works except the visual voicemail. — Andrew Dobrow
