Best Buy’s Black Friday ad has leaked, which means it’s time to do some serious itinerary planning for the big day. See, I like me and my fiancee set up a full contingency plan based on what we want the most for us, then comes gifts for others. Come on, we need to set priorities people! Strategy is the name of the game on Black Friday.

So Best Buy has some moderately cool deals, especially in the video game department, but nothing mind-blowing. Though what might be notable is that Best Buy is not going to allow for anyone to get hurt this year because of their doorbuster deals. Apparently they don’t take “death by stampede” lightly. All doorbuster sales will be handled via tickets, which will be passed out up to two hours before the 5 am door openings. Hit the jump for a full-list of Black Friday Best Buy deals. Why couldn’t I resist these awesome Twisted Disney Princesses pieces? Well for one, they are, indeed, awesome. Number two, some of them are almost zombie-esque and you know us. We can’t resist zombies.

Combat boot specialists Doc Marten have unveiled their awesome “The Skelly” pair of glow-in-the-dark combat boots. Even if you haven’t had the chance to rot in the ground for a few millenia, you can still feel like a hardcore undead creature walking among the living. Damn air breathers.

The coolest feature is that your bones will have a special talent which normal undead bones don’t have – the ability to glow in the dark like some sort of zombie nuclear experiment.

We’ve already seen such classics as Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters. But this is a classic of a whole new sub-genre. The first ever zombie Star Wars novelization, titled Death Troopers by Joe Schreiber, will feature hoardes of zombie Storm Troopers. Something tells me that they will prefer Jedi brains.

So, here’s the story. Resident Evil 4 was briefly released in the Japanese Apple App Store a while back, but was pulled pretty quickly after. As it turns out, the zombie slaying game has now been released back into the wild of the App Store, and this time, its for good.

You can grab Resident Evil 4 for $7.99 from the Apple iTunes App Store. The game was originally released on Nintendo Gamecube in 2005. Since then it has expanded to other platforms. And now, zombie slaughtering is playable right from your iPhone. Win. Check out a video preview and another screenshot after the jump.

Don’t let outward appearances misguide you. This simple Capcom Resident Evil shirt from Comic-Con might seem like a harmless plug for a video game, but flip the shirt over your face, half Cornholio-style, and  you might be mistaken as a zombie on the prowl.

Brains aren’t for everyone, but somebody’s gotta do it. It’s the circle of undead.

Lately, I’ve been playing my PS3 quite a bit. But aside from UFC 2009: Unleashed, I haven’t been playing titles built for the system. No, I’ve been dropping $5 or $10 here and there and replaying classic PSOne titles. For $9.99, you can download games like Resident Evil: Director’s Cut and Final Fantasy VII and play them in all their glory with significantly decreased load times thanks to the PS3’s hard drive.

There’s plenty of old school titles available for download on PSN. And to boot, they’re cheap, fun and there’s a broad selection of gaming genres to choose from. If you’ve been bored with your PS3 as of late, may I recommend downloading a few of these classics? It’s like reliving the 1990s all over again.
