We're home to the one of the nation's largest military bases so we have quite a bit of diversity. We also have a large Asian population. Please remove "Hick" from the headline. Generalizations aren't good for society. Also, state officials learned of this last year, so I'm not sure why it's news now. The grandmother learned what "WTF" meant "last July". This only seems to be news now because the DMV waited a year before notifying holders of these particular plates. As technology continues to meld with society, I'm sure there will be plenty of similar (and ridiculous) stories. Thanks!
