		<description>Although reducing keystrokes is always admirable...    I despise flash type interfaces except when absolutely needed.    Flash is way over-used, even in this Google beta, where you don&#039;t see the search button until you scroll over it.</description>

		<description>Yes, when I bring up the Google home page in IE7, all I see is the logo and a search box - no text or anything else.  As soon as I move the mouse over the page all the normal options fade in.</description>
