Environmentalists Find New Way to Protest Fukushima

Nuclear power has always been a hot button issue, and with the recent disaster at Fukushima it seems that everyone you can think of is now speaking out against it. Naturally you would expect Greenpeace to get involved and, sure enough, they do not fail to disappoint.

Their organization’s Spain division (they have divisions? -JW) shined the following on all six of Spain’s nuclear plants. The image is meant to represent the famous painting by Edvard Munch called “The Scream,” and the caption underneath it reads “No More Fukushima.” The face is pretty clever, with the radiation symbol being used for the face and what have you.

All the same, this isn’t going to stop people form using nuclear power and, apart from a few pretty kick ass photos, it will be quickly forgotten.
