Business Owners Can Now See All Reviews In One Place

Thanks to Google, business owners will now be able to see all of their business reviews from customers in one place rather than hopping all over the web!

According to the latest news, business owners can now use their Places for Business user interface to view customer reviews of their business from all over the web. The recently updated Places interface has a Reviews section under user profiles where business owners can find all online reviews of their business by customers and they can also respond to them. In addition to offering a single location for tracking business image, business owners can also use Places business review analytics to track changes in their company reputation. Currently these analytic tools are basic but in the near future they may be expanded.

The updated Google Places will utilize customer reviews from any service that allows Google to snippet their content which means that customer reviews will come from Google as well as other sites like Urban Spoon, TripAdvisor and Insider Pages. It should be noted though that Google gets first billing when it comes to featuring reviews.

There are other services that offer similar review and reputation tracking including ReviewTrackers; however, having the name of Google behind it will most certainly give this new feature an extra push.
